EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASE
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Items purchased online:
Niminimi.ca will refund any unworn or defective merchandise within 21 days of receiving your purchase based on the original method of payment. Any return requests received after this deadline will automatically be refused. All requests forwarded after the 21 day deadline will be refused.
- All sales of products labeled FINAL SALE are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.
- Packages returned without our consent will be refused.
- Please return scarves in the original packaging. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and free of any damage. Original tags must remain attached.
- Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds are credited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
- We do not absorb Return Shipping Fees for customers located outside Canada. Please ship back merchandise using your carrier of choice.
- We do not process straight exchanges. If you are interested in another style you will need to place a new online order.
